As of January 1, 2023, the fees that should be paid for Eurasian applications and patents for industrial designs will be amended as follows:

• The unified procedural fee for filing a Eurasian application will amount to 25,000 RUB, instead of the previously paid 20,000 RUB.
• Fee for filing several industrial designs will constitute 25,000 RUB, plus 12,000 RUB (previously 10,000 RUB) for each additional industrial design variant from 2 to 10, as well as 6,000 RUB (previously 5,000 RUB) for each subsequent industrial design variant above 10.
• Fee for the issuance of a Eurasian patent for one industrial design will be 20,000 RUB (previously 10,000 RUB), and 10,000 RUB (previously 7,500 RUB) should be additionally paid for each subsequent variant of the industrial design from 2 to 10, and 5,000 RUB (previously 3,750 RUB) for each variant above 10.
• Fee for the renewal of a Eurasian patent for an industrial design for the first period of extension for each industrial design will increase from 7,000 to 8,000 RUB, for the second period – from 9,500 to 10,000 RUB, for the third period – from 12,000 to 14,000 RUB, and for the fourth period – from 14,500 to 18,000 RUB.
• Most other fees for performing legally significant actions relating to an application for a Eurasian industrial design will also increase.
